Step 3 - Repair & Return

Book online or call us at 470-355-0477. We'll give you our shipping address and packing tips. Use any carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) with tracking. Shipping insurance is optional and recommended. We'll contact you as soon as we receive it.
Most repairs are completed within 2-5 business days after we receive your device, plus shipping time both ways. We'll keep you updated throughout the process.
Some customers prefer the in-person experience - you can meet the team, see the shop, and know exactly where your device is being repaired. We've had Chattanooga customers make the trip since 2021. But if you'd rather not drive, mail-in repair gets you the same quality service.
