1. Services

The Mac Space provides repair services for Apple devices including MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones, iPads, and related accessories. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Repair Authorization

By leaving your device with us, you authorize The Mac Space to:

  • Diagnose and inspect your device
  • Perform agreed-upon repairs
  • Contact you regarding repair status and approvals

We will not perform any repair exceeding the quoted amount without your approval.

3. Quotes and Pricing

  • Quotes are estimates based on initial diagnosis
  • Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered
  • You will be notified of any price changes before work proceeds
  • Diagnostic fees may apply for complex issues

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of repair. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Devices will not be released until payment is received in full.

5. Device Pickup

  • Devices must be picked up within 30 days of repair completion
  • We will attempt to contact you multiple times
  • Devices unclaimed after 90 days will be considered abandoned
  • Abandoned devices may be recycled or resold to cover storage costs

6. Data and Privacy

You are responsible for backing up your data before repair. While we take precautions, The Mac Space is not liable for data loss during repair. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

7. Warranty

Repairs are covered by our warranty policy. See our Warranty Policy page for full details on coverage and limitations.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Mac Space's liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects
  • Data loss
  • Consequential or incidental damages
  • Issues unrelated to our repair

9. Third-Party Parts

We use high-quality OEM-compatible parts. If you request genuine Apple parts, availability and pricing may vary. Third-party parts are warranted as described in our Warranty Policy.

10. Refurbished Devices

Refurbished devices include a 90-day warranty covering hardware defects, with the option to extend up to 2 additional years. This does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or software issues.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
