"I was in a bind for a thunderbolt 2 cable to mirror my old iMac. Neither Best Buy nor Microcenter had any and haven't had any in over a year. I called The Mac Space, someone answered by the second ring and wasn't too sure of what I was talking about. But she went and asked a guy in the back!! Real life customer service and voluntarily helpful?!?!? I didn't know those people still existed.
