Turnaround times vary by repair type and our current workload:
- OS Installs & Software: 1-2 business days
- Screen, Battery, Keyboard: Up to 10 business days
- Logic Board Repair: Up to 10 business days
- Data Recovery: Up to 14 business days
These are maximum SLA times - many repairs are completed sooner depending on parts availability and workload. We'll give you an accurate timeline during your free initial inspection.
Yes! All repairs come with a warranty:
- Workmanship/Labor: 60-day warranty
- Parts: 30-day warranty

Yes! We offer a free initial inspection to assess your device and provide a quote. If your issue requires in-depth diagnostics (component-level testing, extensive troubleshooting), there may be a diagnostic fee which is applied toward your repair if you proceed.
Yes! We use genuine Apple parts for all repairs - primarily pre-owned pulls and refurbished components. Genuine parts ensure the best compatibility and longevity for your device.
In rare cases where genuine parts are no longer available (older models, discontinued components), we reserve the right to use high-quality OEM-equivalent parts. We always prioritize genuine first.
We cannot guarantee your data. That said, for basic repairs (screen, battery, keyboard), we don't touch your data and have an excellent track record of returning devices exactly as they came in.
Always back up your device before any repair. We are not responsible for data loss, but we take every precaution to protect it. If there's any risk to your data during a repair, we'll discuss it with you first.
Yes! Liquid damage is one of our specialties - whether it's water, coffee, soda, or anything else. We perform ultrasonic cleaning and component-level repair to restore liquid-damaged Macs. Success rates vary depending on the extent of damage and how quickly you bring it in. Do NOT try to turn on a wet device - bring it to us immediately.
Yes! We accept mail-in repairs from anywhere in the US. Contact us first to discuss your issue, then ship your device to us securely. We'll diagnose, quote, and repair it, then ship it back to you.
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of the repair.
If we can't repair your logic board, we don't charge you for labor. However, please note:
- Bench Fee: A non-refundable diagnostic fee (bench fee) may apply for in-depth component-level diagnostics
- Parts: If parts were used during the repair attempt, those costs may still apply
We'll always discuss any fees with you upfront before proceeding with work.
