Some iPads have separate glass (digitizer) and LCD layers. Others are fused. If only the glass is cracked but the display works, you may only need glass replacement. We'll assess your specific situation.

iPad screens are glued in place, making them more complex to repair than iPhones. This is reflected in repair time and pricing, but our technicians are experienced with iPad disassembly.

Yes, we repair iPad Pro models with Face ID. Screen replacements and other repairs are available. Face ID itself is paired to the device and typically cannot be repaired if the Face ID module fails.
Apple Pencil is sealed and not designed to be repaired. If your Apple Pencil isn't working, we can test whether it's a pencil or iPad issue, but pencil repair isn't typically possible.
