Repair Warranty Coverage

All repairs performed by The Mac Space include a warranty against defects in workmanship and parts failure.

Note: Data recovery services are not covered under warranty as it is a one-time service. We verify recovered data with you before completing the job.

What's Covered

• Defective replacement parts
• Issues directly related to the repair performed
• Workmanship errors

What's NOT Covered

• Physical damage after repair (drops, cracks, liquid exposure)
• Issues unrelated to the original repair
• Software issues or user-caused problems
• Devices with tampered seals or third-party modifications after our repair
• Normal wear and tear

How to Make a Warranty Claim

1. Contact us at 470-355-0477 or support@themacspace.com
2. Provide your repair receipt or order number
3. Describe the issue you're experiencing
4. Bring the device in or ship it to us for inspection

If the issue is covered under warranty, we'll repair it at no additional cost.

Refurbished Device Warranty

All refurbished devices sold by The Mac Space include a 90-day warranty covering hardware defects. This does not cover accidental damage, liquid damage, or software issues.

Extended Warranty Available: You can extend your coverage up to 2 additional years. Ask us for details.
