Open Positions
Mac Repair Technician
Board-level diagnostics, component replacement, liquid damage recovery, screen replacements, and more. You'll work on MacBooks, iMacs, iPhones, and iPads.
- Experience with Apple hardware repair (MacBook, iMac, iPhone, iPad)
- Familiarity with micro-soldering is a plus
- Ability to diagnose at the component level
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Front Desk / Customer Relations
First point of contact for customers. Check-in devices, manage appointments, answer phones, and keep the shop running smoothly. You set the tone for the entire customer experience.
- Strong communication and people skills
- Basic knowledge of Apple products (you use a Mac or iPhone daily)
- Organized, detail-oriented, reliable
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
