Founder / Lead Technician / Board Specialist

Marine Corps veteran who served in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. Started The Mac Space in 2020 with $500 and seven broken MacBooks during the height of the pandemic. What began in a corner of an apartment with a microscope and determination has grown into Atlanta's go-to independent Mac repair shop.

Stephen's been taking apart and rebuilding computers since he was 10 years old - long before YouTube existed to show him how. With a background in electrical engineering, soldering, and audio/video production, he specializes in the board-level diagnostics and micro-soldering work that most shops won't touch. If it can be fixed, he'll find a way.

Cassia

Customer Service Manager

Cassia brings over 10 years of hospitality and customer service experience to The Mac Space. That background built a reputation for making every person feel taken care of, and that same warmth and attention carries over to how she handles every customer interaction here. She manages documentation, oversees our online storefront for pre-owned devices, and keeps the day-to-day operations running smoothly. If you've called or visited the shop, chances are Cassia made sure you felt welcomed and valued.

Ian

Shop Manager

Ian brings a strong electronics foundation to The Mac Space. He represented the state of Florida on his varsity robotics team at the national competition, and went on to work as an electrician doing both residential and commercial work - routing Romex, wiring outlets and breaker panels, and managing electrical systems in mansions across Palm Beach. He also spent two years as a certified technician at a major retailer, diagnosing and repairing consumer electronics. That mix of precision electrical work and hands-on tech repair makes him a natural fit for the detailed work we do here.

Jeff

Technician

Jeff has been working on Apple devices since 2014 - over 12 years of hands-on experience with MacBooks, iPhones, and everything in between. He holds a CompTIA certification and has a deep background in on-site IT work, setting up printers, networks, and servers for businesses. If it connects to a network or needs to be configured, Jeff has done it. He specializes in MacBook and iPhone repair and brings that same methodical, get-it-done approach to every device that comes across his bench.
